Manage your scenes, projects, workspaces and account settings

Welcome to the Dashboard! This is the starting place for all your RealityMAX endeavors. From here you can manage your scenes, projects, workspaces and account settings. Let's dive into each section:

Scenes - Dashboard

My scenes and Shared with me

Starting with the sidebar, in the WORKSPACE section, you will find My scenes and Shared with me.

Dashboard - Scenes - Crop

My scenes Icon - Scenes is where you can create and edit all scenes within your workspace. Each scene represents a unique 3D environment or setup with its own set of objects which you can design, modify and interact with. From a scene's context menu you can perform several actions such as edit, invite to collaborate, share and more.

Dashboard - Shared scenes - Crop

In Shared with me Icon - Shared scenes you will find any scenes that have been shared with you by collaborators. You can collaborate in real-time, making adjustments, annotations, or additions.

Projects

Projects Icon - Projects allow you to organize scenes under specific themes, goals, or categories. Think of projects as folders or containers where related scenes can be grouped together for easier management and tracking.

Help with RealityMAX

The Help Center is a direct link to support resources, including articles, tutorials and troubleshooting guides. Here, you can access detailed instructions on creating scenes, using collaborative tools, and exploring advanced features to make the most of your experience.

Account

Lastly, in Account Icon - Account you can access your profile to change your username and password.

New Scene

Now that you know your dashboard, it is time to focus on scenes.

Dashboard - Create scene - Crop

Click New scene to create a fresh 3D environment. This is where you can:

  • Upload Objects: Bring in your own objects or assets, adding elements you need to build your scene.
  • Collaborate in Real-Time: Invite team members to join, view, and co-create in the same 3D space.
